Information you give us — when you request a quote, book an Embroidery Express appointment, contact us, or make a payment: your name, email, phone number, company, message, any files you upload, and appointment details. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Helcim); we do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically— your IP address, browser type, pages you visit, the page that referred you, and marketing attribution data: campaign tags (UTM parameters) and advertising click identifiers (such as Google’s gclid and Meta’s fbclid), plus a random session identifier stored in your browser. We use this to understand which marketing channels bring visitors to us.
Cookies & similar technologies
- Essential— Google reCAPTCHA (protects our forms from spam and abuse) and a small preference that remembers you’ve seen our cookie notice.
- Analytics & advertising— the attribution and session data above, stored in your browser’s local storage. As we begin running Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, those platforms may also set cookies to measure ad performance.
