This policy explains how ThreadCo Print Shop (operated by Let’s Face It Enterprises Inc., Vancouver, BC) collects, uses, and shares information when you use threadcoprint.com, and the cookies and similar technologies we use.
Information we collect
Information you give us — when you request a quote, book an Embroidery Express appointment, contact us, or make a payment: your name, email, phone number, company, message, any files you upload, and appointment details. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Helcim); we do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically— your IP address, browser type, pages you visit, the page that referred you, and marketing attribution data: campaign tags (UTM parameters) and advertising click identifiers (such as Google’s gclid and Meta’s fbclid), plus a random session identifier stored in your browser. We use this to understand which marketing channels bring visitors to us.
Cookies & similar technologies
- Essential— Google reCAPTCHA (protects our forms from spam and abuse) and a small preference that remembers you’ve seen our cookie notice.
- Analytics & advertising— the attribution and session data above, stored in your browser’s local storage. We also use Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics service that records how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, and session replays with sensitive content masked) to help us improve the site; this data is processed by Microsoft. As we begin running Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, those platforms may also set cookies to measure ad performance.

How long we keep it
