DTG printing
Ink is printed straight into the cotton, every colour in one pass. One shirt is a normal order.

01Is there a minimum order for custom t-shirts?
Our minimums are low and depend on the garment and the print method. Tell us your quantity in the quote form and we will confirm it with your quote. DTG printing has no minimum, so a single shirt is fine.
02How long does a t-shirt order take?
Tell us the date you need the order in hand and we confirm it with your quote. Rush orders available. Timing depends on the method, the quantity and the garment.
03Can I bring my own shirts?
Often, yes. It depends on the printing method and the garment, so tell us what you have in the quote form and we will confirm.
04What file do you need?
Vector files are best (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) because they scale cleanly. A high-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI also works. If your file is not print-ready, send it anyway and we will help.
05Which shirt should I pick?
Start with cotton, it takes ink best. If you are not sure, tell us what the shirts are for and we will suggest one from the t-shirt catalog.
06Do I see the design before you print?
Yes. We send a digital mockup of your design on the shirt, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
07Do you print t-shirts for North Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond?
Yes. We print at 951 East Kent Ave N in Vancouver and serve Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, West Vancouver. Pick up at the shop or have the order delivered.
