Is there a minimum order?
Our minimums are low and depend on the garment and the print method. Tell us your quantity in the quote form and we will confirm it with your quote. For one-offs and small runs, DTG printing has no minimum.
How much will it cost?
Pricing depends on the garment, the quantity and the decoration, so the price comes with your quote. A rough quantity is enough to start.
How long will my order take?
Tell us your date in the quote form and we confirm it with your quote. Rush orders are available.
Do I see the design before you print?
Yes. We send a digital mockup of your design on the garment, and nothing is made until you approve it.
What file should I send?
Vector files are best (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) because they scale cleanly. A high-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI also works. If your file is not print-ready, send it anyway and we will help.
I'm not sure which method I need.
Pick "Not sure yet" in the form. Each method suits a different job, and we tell you which with your quote.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Sizes can be mixed in one order. Give us the quantity for each size when you ask for the quote.
Can I bring my own garments?
Often, yes. It depends on the method and the garment, so tell us what you have in the form and we will confirm.
Where are you, and do you deliver?
We make everything at 951 East Kent Ave N, Unit 151, Vancouver. Pick up free at the shop, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:30, or we ship across Metro Vancouver and Canada.
