The shop is at 951 East Kent Ave N in South Vancouver, on the Fraser River side close to the bridges into Richmond. It is about 10 km from Richmond City Hall, roughly 15 minutes by car outside rush hour. Pick up at the shop Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:30, or have the order delivered to Richmond.

01Can you deliver to Richmond?

Yes. Pick up at our shop at 951 East Kent Ave N in Vancouver, or have the order delivered to Richmond.

02Do I need to come to the shop to order?

No. Send the garment, quantity and artwork through the quote form or by phone. We send a digital mockup to approve before production. You only visit if you choose pickup.

03Can you have shirts ready for the Steveston Salmon Festival or the Maritime Festival?

Put the event date in the deadline field of the quote form. We confirm the date with your quote, and rush orders are available.

04Is there a minimum order?

Our minimums are low and depend on the garment and the print method. Tell us your quantity in the quote form and we will confirm it with your quote. DTG printing has no minimum.

05How long does an order take?

For screen printing: standard turnaround is 2 weeks. Larger or more complex orders may take longer. Rush options are available, ask when you request your quote.

06What file should I send?

Vector files are best (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) because they scale cleanly. A high-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI also works. If your file is not print-ready, send it anyway and we will help.
